These settings control how translations are generated. Changes you make are saved to your account only and won't affect other users.
Save — keeps your personal settings. Reset to Global — reverts to the shared defaults. Propose as Global — submits your settings for admin approval to become the new defaults for everyone.

Prompts
Edit the system prompts used by the translation pipeline
Prompts are the instructions given to the AI before each translation. The Translation Agent prompt tells the AI how to translate, and the Evaluation Agent prompt tells it how to check translation quality.
Changes here affect all users immediately. Use {context} in the translation prompt for Translation Memory results, and {glossary} / {translation_examples} in the evaluation prompt.

Feedback
Review and manage user translation feedback
When users rate a translation with stars, it appears here for review. You can optionally provide a corrected human translation and pick a category.
Accept — adds the translation pair to the search index so it improves future results. Reject — discards the feedback.

Documents added to the search index from feedback
These are translation pairs that were accepted from user feedback and added to the Translation Memory. They are used as examples when translating similar text in the future.
Delete — removes the entry from the search index. Use this if a translation was accepted by mistake.

Settings Proposals
Review proposed changes to global settings
Users can propose their personal settings as the new global defaults. Only the differences from the current global settings are shown — red is the current value, green is what they propose.
Accept — applies the proposed changes as the new global defaults for all users. Reject — discards the proposal with no changes.

Admins
Manage users with admin access
Admins can access the Prompts, Feedback, Indexed, Settings Proposals, and Admins pages. Regular users only see the Translation and Settings pages.
Add a user's email to grant them admin access. Remove them to revoke it. Changes take effect on their next sign-in.
